La Flor started with a love for coffee—and an even greater love for the connections it creates. For founder Jay Flores, coffee has never been just a drink; it’s a bridge that brings people together.

Rooted in Mexican values of hospitality and service, Jay grew up where guests were treated like family and coffee filled the air at every gathering. ​

His journey from barista to general manager taught him the craft—but also revealed a bigger vision. That vision began at friends’ parties and small pop-ups, now known as Coffee at the Crib, where guests instantly caught the spirit of La Flor. Word spread quickly, leading to events for weddings, corporate offices, and brands like Kendra Scott and Sephora.
